PROCESO DE CALIDAD
En MJ Agro SL tenemos como objetivo conocer lo mejor posible la calidad de los productos de nuestros proveedores cuando llegan a nuestras instalaciones, poder hacer un seguimiento de sus partidas, asesorar técnicamente a los productores y dirigir las partidas a los clientes en función de sus especificaciones. El departamento de calidad es el encargado de realizar todos los controles de calidad en la central.
RECEPCIÓN DE LAS PARTIDAS
Todas las partidas de los proveedores son muestreadas y en cada una de ellas se estiman los calibres, incidencias de plagas, enfermedades o incidencias en las labores de recolección y encajado en el campo. Siempre con el objetivo de poder asesorar al proveedor y usar las partidas con el mejor aprovechamiento según las especificaciones de nuestros clientes.
EN LÍNEA DE PRODUCCIÓN
Todas las partidas son revisadas cuando están siendo manipuladas con nuestro personal manipulador.
Tienen un seguimiento en las líneas para velar por el correcto envasado, manipulación y uso de cada una de ellas.
